Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Credits and Paid Features

Some creation, refinement, publishing, or asset generation features may require credits. Credit balances, pricing, included usage, purchase availability, and refund handling may change over time. If your credit balance is below zero, Playpad.ai may block new generation or refinement actions until more credits are available.

Your Content

You are responsible for prompts, instructions, names, descriptions, uploads, and other content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. You grant Playpad.ai the rights needed to host, process, generate, modify, display, publish, and distribute your content and resulting game artifacts as needed to operate the service.

AI-Generated Outputs

Playpad.ai uses AI systems to generate and refine games. Outputs may be incomplete, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing game outputs before publishing or sharing them.

Publishing and Sharing Games

When you publish a game, it may be available to other people and indexed or shared outside Playpad.ai. You are responsible for published titles, descriptions, thumbnails, gameplay, and any content included in the game. We may remove, restrict, or unpublish content that violates these terms or may create risk for users, Playpad.ai, or others.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Playpad.ai for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass sandboxing, rate limits, or security.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use generated games to harass, exploit, threaten, or impersonate others.

Service Changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time. We may also pause or stop access to accounts, games, or features if needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

Playpad.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service or generated outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, original, or suitable for a specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Playpad.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
